The Capital Cup 2025

Series Overview

The Capital Cup is an exciting pinball tournament series hosted at Capital Pinball, featuring 8 competitive events held throughout the year. Players will compete in each tournament to earn points based on their final position, using the following scoring system:

• 1st Place: 12 points
• 2nd Place: 10 points
• 3rd Place: 8 points
• 4th Place: 7 points
• 5th Place: 6 points
• 6th Place: 5 points
• 7th Place: 4 points
• 8th Place: 3 points
• 9th Place: 2 points
• 10th Place: 1 point

Tournament Prizes

Each tournament in the series is a standalone event with its own prize pool and trophies. The prize pool for individual tournaments will be distributed among the top 4 players as follows:

• 1st Place: 50%
• 2nd Place: 25%
• 3rd Place: 15%
• 4th Place: 10%

Series Prizes

A portion of each tournament’s prize pool will be set aside to contribute to the series finale jackpot. This creates an exciting cumulative prize pool for the conclusion of the series. The series jackpot will be distributed among the top 4 players based on their cumulative points across all tournaments, with the same payout percentages:

• 1st Place: 50%
• 2nd Place: 25%
• 3rd Place: 15%
• 4th Place: 10%

Players are not required to participate in all 8 tournaments to be eligible for the series jackpot. However, the more events they compete in, the better their chances of securing a higher position in the series standings.

For example, if each tournament contributes $50 to the series jackpot, the total prize pool for the finale will be $400, with $200 awarded to the series winner. The final standings and prizes will be announced at the conclusion of the 8th tournament.

Tournament Entry Cost

Each tournament will cost $15 to enter. If you are not a member of Capital Pinball you will also need to purchase a day pass for the day of the event.
