Pricing
Parts aren't included. We'll estimate parts and labor and talk through part options before any work starts. Final cost depends on what we find, so the most accurate quote comes from seeing the machine in person.
Why in-shop is usually best
Parts on hand. We can't carry every part for every machine in the car, so house calls can turn into repeat visits.
Hidden issues. Fixing one problem often reveals another that wasn't visible before.
Lower cost. In the shop we can find and fix everything in one go instead of over several trips.
Fewer surprises. A full tune-up catches small problems before they get expensive.
House calls are great for simple fixes like a broken wire or a switch adjustment.
Storage
Machines can stay for 7 days at no charge after a repair is finished, paused or declined. After that, storage is $50 a week. Machines left more than 30 days are considered abandoned and may be sold to recover costs under NH RSA.
Skip the storage fee. If there's room, your machine can go on the club floor for members and guests to play. Ask us about terms.
What shopping a machine includes
A complete clean, repair and tune, so the game plays the way it should.

“My friend had been searching for someone to repair his Bride of Pinbot for a long time. The team did an incredible job. Their attention to detail and expertise were obvious from the start.”
