Mystic

One of the earliest magic-themed pinball machines (thanks to artist Kevin O’Connor’s dabbling in the magical arts at the time), Mystic was one of Bally’s first pinball machines of the 1980s. The game features a tic-tac-toe grid where each grid features 2 different arcane symbols, with the main scoring opportunity being shooting the drop targets to fill out this grid and increase and lock in the end-of-ball bonus for the rest of the game. Completing the stars around the playfield can be made easier with the help of the Eye of the Pyramid saucer, which also lights the game’s lucrative spinners for 1,000 points per spin.
