Ed Krynski’s definitive card-themed EM machine is a simple but addictive tournament favorite. Players follow the “Shoot For” lights above the flippers to know which cards to shoot for and advance the ladder up to the Royal Flush, where the four drop targets in between the red ones automatically lower, giving the player ample opportunities to keep completing the drop targets for specials. The top lanes are also important to scoring well on this game, as each lane awards 5,000 points, advances the ladder by one completion once all four are made, and cannot be accessed outside of plunging with the correct strength or very lucky bounces off of the top rubbers.
