The Machines
All of the machines in our club are member owned and we are so thankful that these members want to share their private collection with us! Please respect the machines, this means no drinks on glass, no slamming the machine or the hitting the glass.
Machines on the floor are free play (no tokens needed).
Machines that are in for customer repair or have critical issues will be marked Not Playable with a note on the game. Do not turn on or play these games if they are turned on.
Machine Issues:
- Ball Stuck: Machines will run a ball search. If the ball does not free itself, you may remove the glass only if approved by Courtney or Jeremy. Otherwise, turn off the machine and leave a note.
- If you remove the glass, be careful not to bump into other machines. You will be financially responsible for any broken glass.
- Do not put drinks on the glass!
- If something breaks or if a game isn’t working as expected, scan the QR code on the machine and select Report an Issue to notify our team and other members when a machine is broken or has an issue.
