New Update post to give progress updates on what Capital Pinball is working on next.

Lease Finalization and Next Steps

Today is the day I’ve been waiting for! I’m thrilled to announce that we’ve officially signed the lease for 70 Pembroke Road, and we’re full steam ahead for our opening in the second week of October. Our planned move-in day will be Columbus Day weekend—mark your calendars!

It’s taken us a bit longer to reach this milestone than we initially expected. Securing the insurance was a slower process than anticipated, but now that everything is in place, we’ve locked in the lease and are ready to move forward.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve met and spoken with some amazing people who share our passion for pinball. The enthusiasm and interest in the Concord area have been incredibly encouraging, and it feels like we’re on the right path.

Here’s where we stand:

Seven committed members are officially on board, with four more likely to join soon.

We’ll have 10 pinball machines ready for opening day, plus a few project machines for those interested in helping us expand the lineup.

Our next goal is to join the New England Pinball League and schedule our first IFPA-sanctioned event. Both of these processes are already in motion, and we’re excited to add them to the club’s offerings.

We’re excited to see the club come to life and can’t wait for you all to join us! Stay tuned for more updates as we prepare for the grand opening and take steps toward our future in competitive pinball.
